A Metaphysical Coaching, or spirituality session can be very beneficial in a variety of circumstances. Each hour-long private session is designed to change your life, facilitate growth and empowerment, awareness, and a better way of living. Before the first session, you will be required to A) Sign a release form and B) Fill out a background form so that we have a basis to go by. The release form states that you acknowledge I am not a psychologist, physician or doctor, and that you are agreeing to receive metaphysical counseling on a spiritual basis from me. You are also agreeing to work in conjunction with your doctor to achieve the best results possible. The background form will consist of your name, age, partner and children status, and any particular concerns you would like to talk about. This gives me something to go by and will keep us from wasting time during the session. As always, these are confidential. To print these now, you can go to my Forms Page.

Most sessions start at two per week, and after a month should then decrease to one a week, and then to one a month. After that point, they should no longer be needed. Of course, this varies by each individual.

Confidentiality is a must in all situations. Your emails, letters and phone correspondence are always kept secure on my end and treated with the ultimate of confidentiality. The only exceptions to this is when there is to be mandatory reporting, in which case I would be lead to believe there is a possibility of:

• Suicide or attempt of
• Child or elder abuse/neglect
• Immanent harm to self or others

Which would be reported to the proper authorities (by law).

For your first coaching appointment, you should have already viewed the Spiritual Assessment form, as we will be using it. As well, you should bring the Background Form, Client Registration form, and Client Release form. Again, these are available on the Forms Page.
