What does "God" mean to you? Who is in control of your life? What do you need to have spiritual balance in your everyday world? The answers to questions such as these can only be found within you. A Spiritual Assessment can help you better understand your priorities, feelings, and way you experience your spirituality. Over the telephone or by email, we will cover the topics on the "Spiritual Assessment" form on the Forms Page. This format is beneficial for those who cannot do Metaphysical Coaching in person.

Here is the format: Before the phone or email session, you will be required to A) Sign a release form and B) Fill out a client registration form. The release form states that you acknowledge I am not a psychologist, physician or doctor, and that you are agreeing to receive coaching on a spiritual basis from me. If necessary, you are also agreeing to work in conjunction with your doctor to achieve the best results possible. The client registration form is for contact purposes and will be kept in your confidential files. These may be faxed, scanned and e-mailed, or postal mailed back to me. See my Contact Page for that information. This should be done before your appointment date.

You must also print and review the Spiritual Assessment form. While we will go over this form, it may be helpful to jot down notes on things you want to add or talk about. To print these now, you can go to my Forms Page.

You may email me with questions and concerns, and send the completed form in for review.  For a maximum of one week (7 days maximum), we can discuss various issues through emails.  

Cost: As well as any long distance charges on your part, the Spiritual Phone Assessment is $49 and lasts exactly 70 minutes. The first ten minutes are for anything we need to cover prior to the actual work - billing questions, contact information, questions about the format, etc. The last 60 minutes are reserved for the actual Assessment. This timeframe must be followed precisely to allow the same amount of time for the next client. Checks and money orders are accepted, and the PayPal link below will allow you to use a credit card.
